For an  essential  understanding of why we have a projected annual deficit: 1) last years annual income had benefited from a large infusion of revenue resulting from a transfer of bingo money to the council account as "payback" for charity initially dispensed from Council funds....we will not have that this year 2) we will not, at least for the foreseeable future, have the BIC stipend that we've had in the past as a result of the discontinuation of Monday bingo and reduced BIC revenues.  To see the budge, click on the button link below
